The invention discloses a manufacturing process of an autoclaved aerated concrete block, which comprises preparing following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-25% of cement, 15-25% of quicklime, 30-40% of sand, 10-20% of fly ash, 10-20% of ceramic particles, 3-5% of a water-retaining agent, 3-5% of a water reducing agent, 3-5% of activated carbon and 3-5% of a gas-forming agent. The process has the beneficial effects that by adding the water-retaining agent, the water loss in the concrete block can be reduced, so that the concrete block is not easy to crack; the use of the activated carbon is helpful for reducing peculiar smell in the concrete block and adsorbing toxic substances in the air; due to the addition of the water reducing agent, the strength of the concrete block is improved, the cement consumption is reduced, the cost is reduced, the concrete block is more uniform and compact after the water reducing agent is added, and the durability of the concrete block is improved; and the use of the ceramic particles is beneficial to resource recovery and resource consumption reduction.
