The invention discloses environment-friendly special emulsified asphalt for dust suppression of a road surface, and a preparation method and a construction method of the environment-friendly special emulsified asphalt. The environment-friendly special emulsified asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials: common asphalt, an asphalt additive, an emulsifier, water and a pH regulator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) heating the common asphalt to 120-150 DEG C, adding the asphalt additive into the common asphalt in proportion, and carrying out uniform stirring toobtain a mixture of the asphalt and the asphalt additive; 2) adding water into the emulsifier accounting for 1-20% of the total mass of the emulsified asphalt to prepare emulsifier soap liquid, adding the pH regulator to regulate the pH value of the emulsifier soap liquid to 10-14, and heating the emulsifier soap liquid to 35-60 DEG C; and 3) sequentially grinding the emulsifier soap liquid and amixture of the asphalt and the asphalt additive through a colloid mill to obtain a finished emulsified asphalt product. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment beforeapplying a dust suppressant; and (2) spraying of the finished emulsified asphalt product to enable the finished emulsified asphalt product to penetrate into the road surface. A hard shell is established on the surface layer of the road surface by utilizing the finished emulsified asphalt product so as to control dust.
