A marking line brushing device for highway construction comprises a first installation plate, wherein one side of the top of the first installation plate is provided with a handle, the number of the shaft rods is two, the two shaft rods are rotationally connected to the two sides of the first mounting plate correspondingly, and the two sides of each shaft rod are connected with rubber wheels; a connecting ring is connected to the top of the first mounting plate; a discharging assembly is arranged between the connecting ring and the first mounting plate; and a driving assembly is arranged on the discharging assembly. The driving assembly, the discharging assembly and the extruding assembly operate in a matched mode to brush marked lines, and therefore the effect of brushing the marked linesis achieved. According to the device, pigment in the discharging assembly is stirred through the stirring assembly, and blockage caused by too long pigment accumulation is avoided; the device only needs to operate the handle and add the pigment during operation, and the operation is simple.
