Novel composite corrugated plate bridge structure
The invention relates to a novel composite corrugated plate bridge structure which comprises a plurality of reinforced concrete arch supports arranged on a foundation, a corrugated plate arch ring isfixedly connected between every two adjacent reinforced concrete arch supports, and each corrugated plate arch ring comprises a corrugated steel plate layer, a reinforcing steel wire mesh and a concrete layer. Wave crests and wave troughs of the edges of the multiple corrugated steel plates are sequentially stacked and then fixed in the bridge floor direction through a plurality of long-rod boltsin a penetrating mode, and the parts, extending out of the corrugated steel plates, of the long-rod bolts are connected to lower threads of sleeve nut sleeves. The multiple sets of fixing screws forma fixing screw array perpendicular to the corrugated steel plate layer, the fixing screw array is fixedly connected with at least one layer of reinforcing steel wire mesh, and the space between the reinforcing steel wire meshes and the space between the reinforcing steel wire mesh and the corrugated steel plate layer are filled with concrete layers. The corrugated steel plate is adopted as a mainpressure-bearing structure of the bridge, so that the overall flexural rigidity and endurance of the bridge are improved; the construction period can be greatly shortened; and the construction cost issaved.
本发明涉及一种新型复合波纹板桥梁结构,包括多个设置在地基上的钢筋混凝土拱座,两组相邻的钢筋混凝土拱座之间固定连接波纹板拱圈,波纹板拱圈包括波纹钢板层、加固钢丝网和混泥土层,多块波纹钢板边沿的波峰波谷依次叠置后通过若干长杆螺栓向桥面方向穿设固定,长杆螺栓伸出波纹钢板的部分连接在套筒螺母套的下部螺纹上,套筒螺母套的上部螺纹连接固定螺杆,多组固定螺杆构成沿波纹钢板层垂直的固定螺杆阵列,固定螺杆阵列固定连接至少一层加固钢丝网,加固钢丝网之间、加固钢丝网和波纹钢板层之间填充混泥土层。本发明采用波纹钢板作为桥梁的主承压结构,以增加桥梁整体的挠曲刚性及耐力;可大大减缩施工工期且节约施工费用。
