The invention relates to the technical field of water engineering, in particular to a buoyancy tank and a floating bridge. The buoyancy tank comprises a tank body, wherein the tank body comprises a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are rotationally connected in sequence; the first side plate is provided with a first connecting part, and the fourth side plate is provided with a second connecting part matched with the first connecting part; when the box body is in an unfolded state, an accommodating cavity is formed in the box body; when thebox body is in a folded state, the first side plate is attached to the fourth side plate, the second side plate is attached to the third side plate, or the first side plate is attached to the second side plate, the second side plate is attached to the third side plate, and the third side plate is attached to the fourth side plate. When the box body is in a folded state, the size of the box body can be reduced, storage or transportation is facilitated, and the storage, maintenance and transportation cost is reduced.
