Hollow spiral steel pile
The invention discloses a hollow spiral steel pile. The hollow spiral steel pile comprises a hollow pile body and spiral blades, wherein the spiral blades are arranged on the outer wall of the pile body, the pile body adopts an open hollow steel pipe, the pile end is in a concave-convex shape or a sawtooth shape, and a plurality of pin bolt holes facilitating connection between a pile sinking machine and the hollow spiral steel pile are formed in the top of the pile body. According to the hollow spiral steel pile, the open pile end is in the concave-convex shape or the sawtooth shape, the endsof the blades are each in a concave-convex shape or a sawtooth shape, and therefore the hollow spiral steel pile can conveniently downwards cut a soil body to sink; the pile body adopts the open steel pipe, so that the cut soil body can be conveniently filled in the pile body during construction, soil is rarely squeezed, and soil discharge is not needed; the reserved pin bolt holes in the pile top facilitates connection between the pile sinking machine and the hollow spiral steel pile. The pile body and the spiral blades are customized respectively and then welded together to form the complete hollow spiral steel pile. The hollow spiral steel pile not only has the advantages of a traditional spiral steel pile, but also is suitable for a hard soil layer, soil discharge is not needed in theconstruction process, and soil squeezing is little.
本发明公开了一种空心螺旋钢桩,包括空心桩身和螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片设于桩身的外壁,所述桩身采用开口空心钢管,桩端为凹凸形或锯齿形,桩身的顶部设有若干方便沉桩机械与空心螺旋钢桩的连接销栓孔。本发明空心螺旋钢桩,开口桩端为凹凸形或锯齿形,叶片端部呈凹凸形或锯齿形,便于空心螺旋钢桩下切削土体而下沉;桩身采用开口钢管,便于施工时被切削的土体填充于桩身中,很少挤土,无需排土;桩顶的预留销栓孔是方便沉桩机械与空心螺旋钢桩的连接。桩身和螺旋叶片分别定制后焊接在一起,组成完整的空心螺旋钢桩。空心螺旋钢桩在兼备传统螺旋钢桩优点的同时,空心螺旋钢桩不仅适用于坚硬土层,而且施工过程不用排土,很少挤土。
