According to the impact hammer device of the combined rock breaking tool bit, on the basis that a saw blade part conducts rock pre-breaking, namely, a rectangular groove is cut out, the impact hammer part is used for impacting and breaking rock, the rockbreaking effect of the impact hammer is enhanced, and the rock breaking efficiency is improved.
