According to the device, the first rotating shaft rotates to drive the first reciprocating screw rod to rotate, the first reciprocating screw rod rotates to drive the brush to move,and a first sliding block slides in a sliding rail in the moving process of the brush, so that the brush stably moves in the horizontal direction; and the brush is driven by the first reciprocating screw rod to do reciprocating motion in the horizontal direction, so that sundries at the upper end of a filter screen are swept, and the situation that entering of rainwater into the collecting box isaffected by sundry accumulation is avoided.
