The invention discloses a collision anti-overflow fire hydrant capable of rotating in a rusting mode. The collision anti-overflow fire hydrant comprises a box body, wherein a knocking cavity is formedin the box body; a heating device is arranged in the knocking cavity; an oscillation cavity is formed in the left side part of the upper part of the knocking cavity in a communicating mode; an oscillation device is arranged in the oscillation cavity; an oscillation synchronous cavity is formed in the rear side of the oscillation cavity; a bevel gear cavity located on the left side of the oscillation cavity is formed in the front side of the oscillation synchronous cavity; a power generation bevel gear cavity located on the left side of the knocking cavity is formed in the lower side of the bevel gear cavity; a rotating cavity is formed in the lower side of the knocking cavity; a meshing cavity is formed in the lower side of the rotating cavity; and a power assisting device is arranged inthe rotating cavity. According to the collision anti-overflow fire hydrant, the rusting part of the fire hydrant is heated, so that the threaded connection part is heated to become brittle and soft, then the rusting part is knocked through the oscillation device, finally, a rusting rod is stressed and pushed, so that the fire hydrant cannot be opened due to rusting under the emergency condition, and the fire hydrant is protected.
