The invention discloses a closestool with the sterilization and disinfection functions. The closestool comprises a closestool body, a closestool cushion, a closestool cover, a water storage tank and aflushing button, a flushing control device and a water level control device are arranged in the water storage tank, a water supply pipeline connected with the water level control device is arranged outside the lower portion of the water storage tank, and an intelligent control box is arranged on the closestool cushion. The intelligent control box is connected with a control key board and a cleaning spray head extending into the closestool, the exterior of the intelligent control box is connected with a spray head water inlet pipe, and the intelligent closestool is characterized in that the other end of the spray head water inlet pipe is connected with an ozone water manufacturing device, and the ozone water manufacturing device is connected with a tap water pipeline through a water supplypipeline. The closestool has advantages of simple structure and low cost. Water in the water storage tank and a pipeline and a water spray nozzle through which ozone flows are sterilized and disinfected, and an ozone environment is formed in areas around the closestool and the like, so that the effects of inhibiting bacteria and removing peculiar smell are achieved.
