The invention provides a kitchen and bathroom waterproof layer joint structure. The structure comprises a first FS101 mortar waterproof layer, a second FS101 mortar waterproof layer, a first FS102 mortar waterproof base layer and a second FS102 mortar waterproof base layer; the first FS101 mortar waterproof layer is laid on the first FS102 mortar waterproof base layer; the first FS102 mortar waterproof base layer is laid on a kitchen and bathroom wall; the second FS101 mortar waterproof layer is laid on the second FS102 mortar waterproof base layer; the second FS102 mortar waterproof base layer is laid on the kitchen and bathroom ground; and the thickness of the first FS101 mortar waterproof layer is 20-25 mm, and the thickness of the second FS101 mortar waterproof layer is 20-25 mm. The construction procedure is simplified, the construction period is shortened, the labor and material construction cost is reduced, the FS101 mortar waterproof layer is not prone to cracks and tiny fissures, and the waterproof effect is better than that of a traditional method.
