The invention discloses a combined anti-cracking and anti-falling external wall insulation board and a forming process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete pouring. The space between foaming concrete board and expanded polystyrene board is filled with a foaming insulation board with glass fiber bonding net layer, then the foaming concrete board and the expanded polystyrene boardare extruded oppositely, mechanical fixation between board layers is completed, and insulation effect is achieved; the outer wall of the expanded polystyrene board is provided with an outer decorative board with a convex heat preservation bulge, the outer wall of the convex heat preservation bulge is provided with a foamed fiber surface layer, and the convex heat preservation bulge is filled withthe fiber reinforced foamed plastic filling layer, so that the convex heat preservation bulge and the foamed fiber surface layer are fixedly bonded; under a low-temperature environment, due to the fact that the unique porous foam structure of the fiber reinforced foamed plastic filling layer and the foamed fiber surface layer can sense temperature and shrink, a protective wall is formed by matching with erection of the short fiber thorns so as to achieve the heat preservation effect of the outer wall; and under a non-low-temperature environment, the porous foam material memorizes and restoresto the original state, and cracking of the wall body due to heat expansion and cold contraction is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种组合式防开裂脱落外墙保温板及其成型工艺,属于混凝土浇筑技术领域,通过在发泡混凝土板、膨胀聚苯板之间填充带有玻纤粘结网层的发泡保温板,将发泡混凝土板、膨胀聚苯板相向挤压后即完成板层之间的机械固定,又起到保温作用,膨胀聚苯板外壁设有带有外凸保温鼓包的外饰板,外凸保温鼓包外壁设有发泡纤维面层,利用在外凸保温鼓包内填充纤维增强泡沫塑料填充层使得两者固定粘结,在低温环境下,由于纤维增强泡沫塑料填充层以及发泡纤维面层独特的多孔隙泡沫结构能够感温收缩,配合多个短纤维刺的竖立形成“保护墙”,以达到外墙保温作用,在非低温环境下,多孔隙泡沫材料记忆恢复原始状态,有效避免墙体因受热涨冷缩而开裂。
