The invention discloses an adjustable green building energy-saving roof. The adjustable green building energy-saving roof comprises a roof body, a heat preservation layer, a transverse plate and a supporting plate, wherein a shielding assembly is arranged above the supporting plate; the shielding assembly comprises hinge pins, electric push rods, supporting seats, round rods, baffles and a cushionblock, wherein a plurality of square lighting holes which are evenly distributed are formed in the middle parts of the baffles, adjusting grooves are formed in the portions, located on one sides of the lighting holes, of the baffles, and the adjacent lighting holes communicate through the adjusting grooves; light shading plates which are slidably connected and matched with the lighting holes in size are arranged in the adjusting grooves, and connecting rods which are connected are arranged between the adjacent light shading plates; and a plurality of fixedly-connected hydraulic rods are arranged in the adjusting groove located on the outermost side, and the extending ends of the hydraulic rods are fixedly connected with the corresponding light shading plates. The shading rate and the rainwater passing rate of the baffles are adjusted, the sunlight intensity for green plants can be better adjusted through the baffles, and therefore the survival rate of the green plants is guaranteed.
