Mounting method of assembled bamboo-wood fiberboards
The invention relates to the technical field of indoor integrated boards, and discloses a mounting method of assembled bamboo-wood fiberboards. The mounting method involves bamboo-wood fiberboard bodies, wherein the two sides of the bamboo-wood fiberboard bodies are provided with main pressure grooves and clamping convex grooves correspondingly, and the back sides of the bamboo-wood fiberboard bodies are movably connected with a mounting wall face. According to the mounting method of the assembled bamboo-wood fiberboards, through threaded connection between fixing screws and the mounting wallface, the two same bamboo-wood fiberboard bodies obtain excellent stability during assembled mounting, so that an existing assembly mode that only clamping blocks are used for simple clamping and fixing is replaced, and the problem that bamboo-wood fiberboard bodies are prone to occur protruding deformation due to pressure after mounting caused by the fact that the connection strength among the bamboo-wood fiberboard bodies and the wall face is low is solved; and in addition, in the mounting process, a bottom frame is not adopted, puttying is not needed, and screws can be directly used for mounting so that at least five to ten centimeters of transition space can be saved, the household space utilization rate is increased, and the remarkable characteristics of being low in price and high inspeed are achieved.
本发明涉及室内集成板技术领域,且公开了一种装配式竹木纤维板的安装方法,包括竹木纤维板本体,所述竹木纤维板本体的两侧分别开设有主压凹槽和卡接凸槽,所述竹木纤维板本体的反面活动连接有安装墙面。本发明通过固定螺丝与安装墙面的螺纹连接,使得相同的两个竹木纤维板本体装配式安装时获得优良的稳定性,以此来取代现只是利用卡块进行简单的卡接固定的装配方式,解决竹木纤维板本体与墙面的连接强度低,安装后受到压力容易引起凸起变形的问题,并且安装过程中不采用底架,无需刮腻子,可直接用螺钉安装,最少可节约五到十厘米的过渡度空间,提高了家居空间利用率,做到价格低,速度快的显著特点。
