Suspension type mounting structure of fabricated wallboard
The invention provides a suspension type mounting structure of a fabricated wallboard. The suspension type mounting structure comprises a wallboard body, an upper keel, a lower keel and a support plate, the upper keel is fixedly connected to a top surface base layer, the support plate is fixedly connected to a wall surface base layer, the support plate is arranged on a ground base layer, and the lower keel is fixedly connected to the top of the support plate; and the wallboard body is connected between the upper keel and the lower keel in a clamped manner, and the wallboard body is connected to the wall surface base layer in a sliding manner through a sliding mechanism. According to the suspension type mounting structure, the detachable support plate serves as a support, the wallboard bodyand the wall surface base layer are connected in a sliding manner, the whole mounting mechanism can be dismounted by taking down the support plate, the operation process is simple and convenient, theinterior of the mounting structure can be overhauled or maintained easily, and labor hours are greatly saved; and by supporting the back and the bottom of the wallboard body, stress balance of the mounting structure is achieved, the suspension type mounting effect is achieved, meanwhile, the stress burden of the top face base layer is relieved, the structure is stable, and the service life is long.
本发明提供了一种装配式墙板的悬挂式安装结构,其包括墙板本体、上龙骨、下龙骨和支撑板,上龙骨固定连接于顶面基层上,支撑板固定连接于墙面基层上,且支撑板设于地面基层上,下龙骨固定连接于支撑板的顶部上,墙板本体卡接于上龙骨和下龙骨之间,且墙板本体通过滑动机构滑动连接于墙面基层上。本发明通过可拆式支撑板作为支撑,墙板本体和墙面基层之间滑动连接,取下支撑板即可对安装机构整体进行拆卸,操作过程简单方便,有利于对安装结构内部的检修或维护,大大节省了劳动工时;通过对墙板本体后背和底部的支撑,实现安装结构的受力平衡,在满足悬挂式安装效果的同时减轻了顶面基层的受力负担,结构稳定,使用寿命长。
