The scaffold comprises a supporting plate with a rectangular shape, wherein first supporting foot rods are detachablyarranged at the four corners of the lower sides of the two ends of the supporting plate in the length direction; the top ends of the two first supporting foot rods arranged in the width direction of the supporting plate are fixedly connected with each other through a connecting rod; an adjusting rotating handle is rotationally arranged in the middle of the lower side of the supporting plate; threaded rods are rotationally connected to the sides, close to the adjusting rotating handle, of the connecting rods; the ends, close to the adjusting rotating handle, of the threaded rods are in threadedconnection with threaded holes formed in the adjusting rotating handle; and second supporting foot rods are detachably arranged on the two sides of the supporting plate in the width direction. The stability of the supporting plate can be greatly improved through the cooperation of the first supporting foot rods and the second supporting foot rods, the adjusting rotating handle and the threaded rods are matched so that the first supporting foot rods can be tensioned and fixed, and the supporting plate can be prevented from shaking.
