Protection device for prefabricated stair
The invention discloses a protection device for a prefabricated stair. The device comprises rubber pads laid on a tread and a riser of the prefabricated stair, wherein the size of the rubber pads is equal to that of the prefabricated stair, notches are reserved in the positions, corresponding to reserved holes in a handrail mounting position, of the rubber pads, openings are formed in the positions from the notches to the side edges of the rubber pads, and the rubber pads are detachably connected with the prefabricated stair. By applying the technical scheme provided by the protection device,the strength of the rubber pads is high, and thus a good protection effect can be achieved when the prefabricated stair is impacted and collided by external force, and due to the flexibility of the rubber pads, the external force borne by the prefabricated stair is greatly relieved to prevent the surface of the stair from being damaged; and compared with a common wood formwork which is nailed section by section, nailing is not needed, installation is easy and convenient, time and labor are saved on, nailing-free use is achieved, damage to constructors by nails on a construction site is avoided, and the use is safe.
本发明公开了一种预制楼梯的保护装置,包括铺设于预制楼梯的踏步面和踢面上的橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫的尺寸与预制楼梯的尺寸相当,所述橡胶垫在扶手栏杆安装处预留洞口对应位置预留有槽口,所述槽口到所述橡胶垫的侧边具有开口,所述橡胶垫和预制楼梯为可拆卸连接。应用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案,橡胶垫的强度较高,能够在预制楼梯受到外力撞击、磕碰时起到良好的保护作用;橡胶垫的柔韧性能极大的减缓预制楼梯受到的外力,以避免楼梯表面遭到破坏;相较于普通的木模板逐节装钉,无需装钉,安装简单方便,省时省力,无钉化使用,避免施工现场钉子对施工人员造成伤害,使用安全。
