The invention discloses a constructional engineering fence. The constructional engineering fence comprises a first perforated panel and a second perforated panel, wherein a resonant cavity is formed between the first perforated panel and the second perforated panel, an air layer is arranged in the resonant cavity, a silencing cylinder is installed in the resonant cavity, first through holes are evenly formed in the first perforated panel, second through holes are evenly formed in the second perforated panel, the two ends of the silencing cylinder are connected with the first through holes andthe second through holes, an airflow channel is formed in the middle of the silencing cylinder and communicates with the first through holes and the second through holes, silencing holes are formed inthe outer wall of the periphery of the silencing cylinder, the silencing holes communicate with the airflow channel, and the silencing holes are smaller than the airflow channel in diameter. According to the constructional engineering fence, sound waves penetrate through the silencing holes to enter the resonant cavity for noise reduction.
