The invention discloses an automatic-blocking fireproof door. The automatic-blocking fireproof door comprises a door body, wherein a first interlayer cavity and a second interlayer cavity are symmetrically formed in the door body; the first interlayer cavity is filled with polyether polyol; the second interlayer cavity is filled with isocyanate; a mixing cavity is formed in the door body; the mixing cavity is located between the first interlayer cavity and the second interlayer cavity; a communicating mechanism is arranged between the mixing cavity and the first interlayer cavity and between the mixing cavity and the second interlayer cavity; a hydrogen bag is arranged in the mixing cavity; a fixing plate is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the mixing cavity; and a sliding rod is inserted into the fixing plate in a sliding mode. According to the automatic-blocking fireproof door, when the outside is on fire, the first interlayer cavity and the second interlayer cavity are both communicated with the mixing cavity, the polyether polyol and the isocyanate are mixed to generate polyurethane foam, the sliding rod is ejected out along with the expansion of the foam, the foam rushesinto an annular cavity and emerges from each overflow hole until a groove in the door frame is filled with the foam to realize blocking, so that the smoke is effectively prevented from entering, andtime guarantee is provided for rescue.
