The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a multifunctional combined neurology nursing device. The device comprises a training cabin, a protection device and a state assembly. A mechanical gradienter, an electronic gyroscope, a left lifting switch, a right lifting switch and a steering switch are arranged in a mounting groove in a floor in the training cabin. The state assembly comprises a lifting device and a rotating device. The top of the lifting device is rotationally connected with a hinged support, the rotating device is fixed to the bottom endof the hinged support, the tail end of an output shaft of the rotating device is fixedly connected to the middle of a transverse shaft, connecting columns in the same direction as the output shaft are fixed to the two ends of the transverse shaft, and the other ends of the connecting columns are fixed to the outer wall of the side wall, perpendicular to the side wall where the cabin door is located, of the training cabin. The problem that a common training device in the prior art cannot well train the balance ability, the hand-eye coordination ability and the cognitive ability (especially observation ability and attention) of a patient at the same time can be effectively solved.
