The molecular sieve raw powder is mixed with the high-temperature inorganic binder in a proper proportion by using a gravity-free mixer, some modified high-plasticity clay can be added when necessary, the mixture is mixed with proper water to form a mud pie, vacuum pugging is performed, microwave drying and hot air drying are carried on the extruded honeycomb ceramic, the dried honeycomb type molecular sieve is inspected to obtain a finished product, the prepared honeycomb type molecular sieve has high compressive strength and higher compressive strength than a fired finished product,and generally, the compressive strength is not reduced at the desorption temperature of 200-350 DEG C, so that the situation that the application situation of the honeycomb type molecular sieve is limited due to the fact that the strength of the molecular sieve is relatively low is avoided.
