The door opening structure comprises a door body, a first adapter piece, a second adapter piece, a first switch assembly and a second switch assembly. The first adapter piece is arranged on one side of the door body, and the first adapter piece is used for being rotationally connected with a refrigerator body; the second adapter piece is arranged on the other side of the door body, and the second adapter piece is used for being rotationally connected with the refrigerator body; the first switch assembly is used for locking the door body and the first adapter piece into a whole or separating the door body and the first adapter piece from each other; and the second switch assembly is used for locking the door body and the second adapter piece into a whole or separating the door body and the second adapter piece from each other. According to the vehicle-mounted refrigerator and the door opening structure, door opening can be flexibly achieved according to the actual installation position or space condition, and use is convenient.
