The recycled aggregate chemical treatment reagent consists of the following components: tetraethyl orthosilicate, ethanol and an acidic solution in a molar ratio of 1:(1-1.3):(6-12). The invention discloses a preparation method of a recycled aggregate chemical treatment reagent, wherein the method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing tetraethyl orthosilicate, ethanol, hydrochloric acid and distilled water used as raw materials, and heating in a water bath to obtain the recycled aggregate chemical treatment reagent. The recycled aggregate chemical treatment reagent provided by the invention can effectively reduce the water absorption rate, crushing value and mortar adhesion rate of recycled aggregate, increase the apparent relative density of the recycled aggregate and improve the quality of the recycled aggregate.
