The synchronous grouting slurry comprises 200-300 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of fly ash, 50-100 parts of bentonite, 250-350 parts of clear water, 600-800 parts of first fine sand, 600-800 parts of second fine sand and 8-16 parts of an additive, and all the componentsare mixed according to a certain proportion, the method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively screening cement, fly ash, bentonite, first fine sand, second fine sand and an additive for multiple times to remove stones and caked materials in the cement, the fly ash, the bentonite, the first fine sand, the second fine sand and the additive, wherein the number of times of screening for multiple times is not less than two, and S2, pouring 200-300 parts of cement into a stirring tank, pouring 600-800 parts of second fine sand into the stirring tank, and then adding 100-150 parts of clearwater.
