The invention discloses a low-corrosion pouring type marine cable fireproof sealing composite material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises a component A and a component B, whereinthe component A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight, 35 to 60 parts of a cementing material; 10-25 parts of a light filler, 20 to 50 parts of an inert ablation-resistant material; 2-6 parts of a sheet-like reinforcing material; 2-6 parts of a fiber reinforcing material, less than 1 part of a water reducing agent, and less than 0.2 part of a retarder; and the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-55 parts of a cementing material, 45-65 parts of water and 0.05-0.2 part of a retarder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the component A and the component B according to a certain proportion, pouring the mixture into a cable frame, and curing at room temperature. The low-corrosion pouring type marine cable fireproof sealing composite material has the advantages of fire resistance, good sealing performance and low corrosivity of non-gelatinized slurry to the metal cable frame in construction.
