Reclaimed material drying roller and reclaimed material drying method
The invention relates to the technical field of drying rollers, and particularly relates to a reclaimed material drying roller and a reclaimed material drying method. The drying roller comprises a first roller body and a second roller body, the second roller body is divided into a material guiding area and a material mixing area, a discharging port is formed in the end of the material mixing area,material mixing blades capable of wrapping materials and conveying the materials towards the discharging port are arranged in the material mixing area, a fine aggregate feeding port is formed in thematerial guiding area, and material guiding blades for guiding fine aggregates into the material mixing blades are arranged in the material guiding area; and one end of the first roller body is provided with a coarse aggregate feeding port, the other end of the first roller body extends into the second roller body, and coarse aggregates rotate along with the first roller body, are conveyed towardsthe second roller body and are fed into a mixing area of the second roller body. By means of the structural design of the second roller body and the matched arrangement relation of the second rollerbody and the first roller body, the temperature of the fine aggregates rises quickly, a passing path of the fine aggregates in the second roller body is short, the fine aggregates are prevented from being bonded in the area, aging of asphalt in reclaimed materials is reduced, an equipment cleaning period is prolonged, and labor cost is saved.
本发明涉及烘干滚筒技术领域,特别涉及一种再生料烘干滚筒及再生料烘干方法。该烘干滚筒包括第一筒体、第二筒体,第二筒体分为导料区、混料区,混料区端部设有出料口,混料区内设有可包裹物料朝向出料口方向输送的混料叶片,导料区上设有细骨料进料口,导料区内设有引导细骨料进入混料叶片内的导料叶片;第一筒体一端设有粗骨料进料口,另一端延伸入第二筒体内,粗骨料随第一筒体转动朝向第二筒体方向输送并送入第二筒体的混料区内。通过第二筒体的结构设计及与第一筒体配合布置关系,细骨料升温快,在第二筒体内通过路径短,避免了细骨料在此区域内产粘结,亦减少了再生料中沥青的老化,延长了设备清理周期,节约人工成本。
