The invention provides a cast-in-place RC and prefabricated UHPC combined box arch structure and a construction method to solve the problems that due to a cast-in-place reinforced concrete box-shapedsection arch, a formwork is difficult to erect, an arch ring support is complex to erect, and bearing is too large. The cast-in-place RC and prefabricated UHPC combined box arch structure is integrally in a parabola shape, is longitudinally divided into one or more box chambers and is transversely divided into multiple sections of combined units. Each combination unit comprises a cast-in-place RCbottom plate and a prefabricated UHPC groove type component. Each cast-in-place RC bottom plate is provided with a first groove formed downwards. Each prefabricated UHPC groove type component is provided with a second groove formed upwards. The prefabricated UHPC groove type components are arranged on the outer side of the cast-in-place RC bottom plates, and the cast-in-place RC bottom plates andthe prefabricated UHPC groove type components are connected through joints, so that a hollow box type structure is formed between first grooves and the second grooves; and connecting ribs are arrangedbetween the adjacent combined units.
本发明目的针对现浇钢筋混凝土箱形截面拱带来的模板架设困难、拱圈支架架设复杂和承重过大的问题,提供了一种现浇RC与预制UHPC组合箱拱结构及施工方法。一种现浇RC与预制UHPC组合箱拱结构,整体呈抛物线型,纵向分为一个以上箱室,横向分为多段组合单元;每个组合单元包括现浇RC底板和预制UHPC槽型部件,现浇RC底板具有向下设置的第一凹槽,预制UHPC槽型部件具有向上设置的第二凹槽,预制UHPC槽型部件设置在现浇RC底板外侧,现浇RC底板和预制UHPC槽型部件通过接缝进行连接,从而使第一凹槽与第二凹槽之间构成了中空箱式结构;相邻组合单元之间设有连接肋。
