The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a treatment method for incomplete grouting of a continuous beam hogging moment prestressed duct. Ultrasonic detection equipment can be used for accurately checking out the part with insufficient grouting of the prestressed duct, then holes are formed in the two ends of the area, with insufficient grouting, of the prestressed duct in the top face of the concrete component correspondingly, and then grouting is conducted through a grouting (grout outlet) pipe installed at the holes. The method is simple in process, convenient to construct, capable of improving the construction efficiency, good in effect after treatment, capable of effectively improving the grouting fullness of the prestressed duct of the continuous beam and preventing the steel strand from rusting and loosening so as to improve the bearing capacity of the continuous beam, and widely applied to treatment under the working condition thatthe prestressed duct of the bridge is not grouted fully.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种连续梁负弯矩预应力孔道压浆不饱满的处理方法,采用超声波探测设备可以准确检查出预应力孔道压浆不饱满的部位,然后从而混凝土构件的顶面在预应力孔道的压浆不饱满区域的两端分别开孔,之后通过于开孔处安装的压浆(出浆)管进行注浆;该方法工艺简单,施工方便,能够提高施工效率,且处理后效果较好,能有效提高连续梁预应力孔道压浆饱满度,防止钢绞线生锈、松弛,从而提高连续梁的承载力,本发明广泛应用于桥梁预应力孔道压浆不饱满工况下的处理。
