The invention relates to the technical field of barrier gate systems, and discloses a barrier gate machine core and a barrier gate system. The barrier gate machine core comprises a gear reduction box,a main shaft, a driving motor, a connecting rod assembly, and a reinforced locking lantern ring. An installation part is arranged on a shell of the gear reduction box, and a receding through hole isformed in the installation part. The main shaft is rotatably arranged in the receding through hole and is used for being in transmission connection with a stop lever; the driving motor is mounted on the gear reduction box and is in transmission connection with the input end of the gear reduction box; one end of the connecting rod assembly is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the gear reduction box, the other end is in transmission connection with the first end of the main shaft, and the driving motor can drive the main shaft to rotate through the gear reduction box and the connecting rod assembly to drive the stop lever to swing; and the reinforced locking lantern ring is locked on the circumferential surface of the main shaft and is connected with the connecting rod assembly through a bolt arranged in the axis direction of the main shaft. The barrier gate machine core provided by the invention can reduce the assembly error and improve the reliability.
