The invention relates to a connection-adjustable building protective fence and a mounting method thereof. The building protective fence comprises a top connecting plate, a bottom supporting plate anda protective part, wherein positioning plates are arranged at one end of the top connecting plate and one end of the bottom supporting plate in the length direction respectively, a first extending block is arranged at the end, away from the positioning plate, of the top connecting plate, and a first receding groove facilitating abutting of the positioning plates is formed in the end, away from thetop connecting plate, of the first extending block. A second extending block is arranged at the end, away from the positioning plates, of the bottom supporting plate, a second receding groove allowing the positioning plates to abut against conveniently is formed in the end, away from the bottom supporting plate, of the second extending block, and a fixing rod is arranged among the first extendingblock, the second extending block and the two positioning plates. The mounting method comprises the steps that the two positioning plates are connected with the first extending block and the second extending block in a clamped mode respectively, the positions of the positioning plates are adjusted, the fixing rods are locked, and therefore the adjacent protective fences are fixedly connected. Theprotective fence has the effect of improving the isolation effect after the adjacent protective fences are connected.
