The invention discloses a fishway entrance fish luring method considering fish visual motion reaction. The method comprises the steps that when fishes reach an L-shaped white screen on the downstreamof a fishway inlet, visual organs of the fishes are induced to gradually generate visual motion reaction through fishway water flows and moving vertical stripes on the L-shaped white screen, the fishes swim towards a stripe motion direction and finally enter a fishway; if the fishes miss the fishway entrance, when the fishes swim to the position near the L-shaped white screen arranged on the upstream of the fishway inlet, due to the fact that the movement direction of the vertical stripes moving along with the white screen is the same as the water flow direction, the visual movement reaction generated by the fishes makes the fishes lose the reaction of blocking water flow, the fishes rush to the position near the fishway inlet or a downstream water area of the fishway inlet along with water flow and finally enters the fishway.
