A telescopic rod of an electric cylinder drives a rack to move leftwards, then a gear drives a rotating shaft to rotate clockwise by 90 degrees, then an upper baffle is closed, a lower baffle is opened, and after the lower baffle is opened, quantified sand in a quantifying mechanism falls into the sand filling funnel under the action of gravity and then leaks into an empty sandbag through a leaking port in the lower endof the sand filling funnel. Thus, the error in the sand filling amount is not liable to occur, and then the accuracy and reliability of the sand filling amount of the sand filling device are improved.
