Recyclable pile foundation bearing capacity detection device based on self-balancing method and construction method
The invention discloses a recyclable pile foundation bearing capacity detection device based on a self-balance method and a construction method and belongs to the technical field of a geotechnical engineering test. The detection device comprises a test pile, a loading system and a data collecting system. The test pile is composed of a solid pile, a digging pile and a steel plate. The loading system is composed of a pressed rod, an expansion disk, a hydraulic jack, a pressurized oil pipe and a steel beam. The test pile and the loading system are connected integrally by anchor bars. The data collecting system is composed of a displacement sensor, a data memory, a data cable and a computer. The loading system and the data collecting system are connected together by the displacement sensor. The test pile, the loading system and the data collecting system form the integrated detection device. The device provided by the invention is simple and is high in practicability. The problem that a plurality of anchor piles need to be laid through utilization of an anchor pile method, a stacking method is limited by a site and a load box cannot be recycled through utilization of a self-balance test technology is solved. After the test is finished, the pressed rod can be recycled. After a test pile is grouted, the test pile still can be used as an engineering pile, so energy is saved, the environment is protected and the test cost is greatly reduced.
