The sponge city building rainwater collection device comprises a water catchment groove formed in the top surface of a building and a drain pipe, wherein the bottom surface of the water catchment groove is formed obliquely; the drain pipe is arranged in the vertical direction; a rotating shaft is rotationally connected inthe water catchment groove; the rotating shaft is arranged in the length direction of the water catchment groove; a filter screen I is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft; a mounting groove is formed in the pipe wall of the drain pipe; the mounting groove passes through the inner cavity of the drain pipe; a plurality of rotating rods are rotationally connected to the outer pipe wall of the drain pipe; a V-shaped isolating plate is fixedly connected to the rotating rods; and a driving device for driving the rotating rods to rotate is arranged on the drain pipe. Through adoption of the sponge city building rainwater collection device, the environmental maintenance is improved, and the environmental protection performance of the rainwater collection device is improved.
