The invention relates to a house wastewater and rainwater collecting and utilizing device. The device comprises a kitchen drainage pipeline, a drainage pipe, a filter screen fixedly connected into thedrainage pipe and used for shielding sundries, and a water collecting tank fixedly connected to a house wall and used for receiving water flow in the drainage pipe. An outer side wall of the kitchendrainage pipeline is rotationally connected to a rotating rod; a V-shaped plate is fixedly connected to the rotating rod, a push plate is slidably connected to the interior of the drainage tube, a dirt removing opening is formed in a wall of the drainage pipe, a baffle used for blocking the dirt removing opening is hinged to the outer side wall of the drainage pipe, and a moving device used for driving the baffle to move and a fixing device used for fixing the baffle are arranged on the drainage tube. The device has the effects that secondary pollution of house wastewater and rainwater can bealleviated, and the utilization rate of wastewater and rainwater is increased.
