The device comprises a shell; the upper end of the shell is connected with a water pipe; a plurality of water outlets are formed in the water pipe; the upper end of the outer side of the shell is connected with a fixed seat; an electromagnet is mounted in the fixed seat; the electromagnet is connected with a power line; anannular upper air bag is connected to the fixing base, an upper air pipe is connected to the upper air bag, an iron lantern ring is slidably connected to the lower end of the outer side of the shell,an annular lower air bag is connected to the lantern ring, a lower air pipe is connected to the lower air bag, and a spring is connected between the fixing base and the lantern ring. When the device is used, the shell is put into a closestool, enters the upper end of the water storage pipe along the closestool and continuously moves forwards until reaching the vertical pipe, cleaning water is added into the vertical pipe and the water storage pipe through the water pipe, and the cleaning efficiency of the vertical pipe and the water storage pipe is high.
