The invention relates to the technical field of sewer floor drains and discloses an anti-blocking floor drain comprising a drain pipe. One end of the drain pipe is movably provided with a floor drainplate, the downward movement is realized through the transmission of a transmission rod, and at the moment, one side of each shearing block is jointed when the shearing blocks push to move, so that the shearing blocks are attached when moving downwards, and shearing force is generated to the hair in the drain pipe and is used for shearing the hair; main cutting devices are distributed in a rectangular array, so that a plurality of the shearing blocks are activated via a single stroke of a sliding plate, and the long hair in the drain pipe is sheared into multiple pieces of short hair; the short hair is easy to flush with water flow, thereby avoiding the problem that the hair in the floor drain forms a filter screen-shaped structure to be attached with dust and floccule to cause blockage; and meanwhile, the long hair is sheared into a plurality of pieces of short hair, so that the problem that the long hair is prone to blockage due to the fact that the long hair is hung on the wall after entering a sewer can be avoided.
