The invention relates to an isolation bearing with high carrying capacity and convenient replacement and used for a large space structure isolation layer. The isolation bearing comprises an upper pre-buried plate, a lower pre-buried plate, an upper connecting plate connected with the upper pre-buried plate, a lower connecting plate connected with the lower pre-buried plate, a rubber bearing main body, and a ball bearing arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the rubber bearing main body comprises a first connecting plate, a rubber bearing and a second connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is detachably connected with the lower connecting plate; and the first connecting plate is detachably connected with the upper connecting plate through a connecting piece. Whether the horizontal displacement of the isolation bearing is zero, or under the condition of large horizontal deformation, the isolation bearing has higher vertical carrying capacity, so that the safety of the upper structure is protected; the horizontal friction force of the ball bearing is very small, so that the resilience load of the rubber bearing main body is not increased additionally; and through detachable connection between the rubber bearing main body and the upper connecting plate, and between the rubber bearing main body and the lower connecting plate, the rubber bearing main body is easy to replace.
