A first water storage cavity is formed in the blocking plate, a water inlet cavity communicating with the first water storage cavity is formed in the top face of the blocking plate, a planting groove is formed in the side wall, facing away from the U-shaped heat preservation plate, of the blocking plate, green plants are planted in the planting groove, and a water through holecommunicating with the planting groove is formed in the blocking plate.
