The embodiment of invention discloses a multi-cavity composite-material concrete special-shaped column. The multi-cavity composite-material concrete special-shaped column comprises a multi-cavity composite-material pipe. The multi-cavity composite-material pipe comprises a plurality of composite-material pipes. The multi-cavity composite-material pipe is used as a pouring molding plate. Concrete is arranged in the multi-cavity composite-material pipe. A plurality of reinforcement bars are arranged on the inner sides of the pipe walls of the multi-cavity composite-material pipe. By means of themulti-cavity composite-material concrete special-shaped column, the influence of rust corrosion can be overcome, and an ordinary steel bar concrete column is replaced; joint constraint is conducted on the concrete by adopting the multi-cavity composite material and inner reinforcement bars, the bearing capacity of the irregular multi-cavity composite-material concrete column is improved, stability and quake-proof capacity are improved, the bending resistance is good, and corrosion resistance is prominent.
本发明实施例公开了一种多腔复合材料混凝土异形柱,包括多腔复合材料管,所述多腔复合材料管包括若干个复合材料管,所述多腔复合材料管用作浇筑模板;所述多腔复合材料管中设有混凝土,所述多腔复合材料管的管壁内侧设有若干筋材。本发明可克服锈蚀的影响并代替普通钢筋混凝土柱,通过采用多腔复合材料和内筋材对混凝土进行共同约束下,不规则多腔复合材料混凝土柱的承载能力得到提高、稳定性和抗震能力得到提高,抗弯性能好,防腐蚀性突出。
