Light-weight steel roof insulation board and production method thereof
The invention discloses a production method of a light-weight steel roof insulation board. The production method includes the following steps that a formwork is placed on a base board, glue is brushedon the base board, and then net-like fine steel wires or a glass fiber mesh fabric is laid on the base board; mortar is processed, construction waste is crushed down to a maximum particle size of less than 1cm to form a first mortar layer with a height of 0.3-0.8 cm, smoothing is carried out, and waiting is carried out until the first mortar layer is solidified; after the mortar layer is solidified, glue is brushed on the upper surface of the mortar layer again, and then net-like fine steel wires or a glass fiber mesh fabric is laid again; and mortar is poured again to form a second mortar layer with a height of 0.3-0.8cm, smoothing is carried out, and waiting is carried out until the second mortar layer is solidified. According to the light-weight steel roof insulation board and the production method thereof, the construction waste is adopted as mortar filler aggregate, the waste is recycled and the strength of products is enhanced, construction is facilitated, and the yield is improved; and compared with previous insulation boards of polymer materials or filled with polyethylene particles, the fire resistance rating of the products is further improved.
