The invention discloses a heat preservation wall surface structure and a construction method thereof. The heat preservation wall surface structure comprises a net rack and a decorative plate, whereinthe net rack is arranged on one side of a wall surface; the net rack is perpendicular to the ground; a gap exists between the net rack and the wall surface; joints of the net rack are fixed together with the wall surface; the decorative plate is fixed on the net rack; a gap between the decorative plate and the net rack is filled with a foaming thermal insulation material; and the decorative plate,the net rack and the wall surface are bonded together by the foaming thermal insulation material. The heat preservation wall surface structure provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the net rack is arranged on one side of the wall surface, the decorative plate is tightly attached to the net rack, then the decorative plate, the net rack and the wall surface are bonded together through the foaming thermal insulation material, a whole heat preservation plate bonded to the wall is formed, no gap exists, the heat preservation effect is better, the structure is more stable, and construction and installation are easy.
