The invention provides an auxiliary mounting device of an assembly type ceiling. The auxiliary mounting device comprises a hanging piece, an elastic telescopic rod, an arm frame, a support plate and suckers. The hanging piece is a hook-type frame. The top of the elastic telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the hanging piece. One end of the arm frame is connected to the bottom of the elastic telescopic rod through a rotating shaft. The support plate is fixedly connected to the other end of the arm frame. The multiple suckers are arranged and fixedly connected to the top face ofthe support plate. According to the auxiliary mounting device of the assembly type ceiling, a light steel keel of a ceiling structure is used as a support, the ceiling is supported through suction ofthe suckers, the ceiling is prevented from falling off in the mounting process, the safety coefficient is high, meanwhile, the double hands can be liberated, a fastening piece can be twisted by the double hands at the same time, and the mounting efficiency of the ceiling is greatly improved; and the support plate can be adjusted at multiple angles in multiple directions, so that the device can besuitable for auxiliary mounting of the surrounding multi-position ceiling after being hung on the light steel keel, the operation is easy and convenient, and the structural design is ingenious.
