Confined space concrete pouring guiding device and construction method
The invention relates to a confined space concrete pouring guiding device which comprises a hopper and a guiding pipe, wherein a chute is arranged below a discharging port in the lower end of the guiding pipe, a fixing support is arranged at the bottom of the receiving side of the chute, and a movable support is arranged at the bottom of the discharging side. The top of the fixing support is of atelescopic structure, and walking wheels are arranged at the bottom of the movable support. The fixing support for the chute is arranged in the center of a pouring area. According to a construction method of the confined space concrete pouring guiding device, a pouring hole is reserved in a roof panel in advance; the hopper is put into the pouring hole; a circular pipe at the bottom of the hopperis connected with the guiding pipe; the lower end of the guiding pipe is connected with the chute; the fixing support is mounted on the receiving side of the chute; the movable support is installed onthe discharging side, so that the chute can fully cover and pour concrete within a certain range with the reserved pouring hole as the center, an automobile pump conveys concrete slurry to the hopper, the chute guides the concrete into a foundation and a pipe ditch, and after pouring of the pipe ditch and the foundation is completed, the chute is rotated to place the discharging side at the pouring position of the next foundation.
