The invention discloses an environment-friendly discharging platform for high-rise public building construction, comprising channel steel which is symmetrically fixed to the upper end of a lower floor, a platform and a protective guard. Monitoring mechanisms are symmetrically fixed at the lower end of the middle floor. Each monitoring mechanism comprises a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is fixed to the lower end of the middle floor, the sleeve sleeves a sliding rod, a first sliding groove, a second sliding groove and a third sliding groove are sequentially arranged inside the sliding rod from topto bottom, an annular mounting plate is fixed to the inner top end of the second sliding groove, a first pressure sensor is mounted in the annular mounting plate, a first spring is arranged in the second sliding groove, the upper end of the first spring is fixed to the annular mounting plate, the first spring sleeves a moving rod, an annular iron plate is fixed to the outer wall of the moving rod,an electromagnetic plate is fixed to the inner bottom of the second sliding groove, the annular iron plate is arranged at the upper end of the electromagnetic plate, the upper end of the moving rod extends into the first sliding groove, the lower end of the moving rod penetrates through the third sliding groove to extend out of the sliding rod, and the lower end of the moving rod is fixed to a pressing plate. Warning can be sent to constructors in time according to the stress condition of the channel steel.
