The invention discloses a three-dimensional adjustable door hinge comprising three parts, namely a door leaf hinge adjusting seat assembly, a door frame hinge adjusting seat and a hinge assembly. Thedoor leaf hinge adjusting seat assembly is composed of a hinge adjusting seat, an adjusting seat, an eccentric wheel, fixing screws and hanging hinge pins. The door leaf hinge adjusting seat assemblyis connected with a door leaf half hinge through the hanging hinge pins on the adjusting seat in an inserted hanging mode, and a group of long waist round holes which are in clearance fit with the fixing screws and a locating round hole of a middle eccentric wheel are formed in the adjusting seat. The adjusting seat can be adjusted through rotation of the eccentric wheel to move in parallel with ahinge rotating shaft up and down, and the up-and-down position adjustment of a door leaf can be achieved. A door frame half hinge of the hinge assembly is installed on the door frame hinge adjustingseat by screws. The door frame hinge adjusting seat is provided with two groups of bevel waist round holes which are perpendicular to but are not intersected with the axis of the hinge rotating shaftand a group of supporting points provided with protrusions in the middles. Through adjustment of the screws on the both sides of the supporting points on the adjusting set, the door frame half hinge can be swung right and left and moved front and back, and the adjustment of the position of the door leaf relative to the right and left of the door frame and the high-low frame is achieved, so that the adjustment of two orientations is finished.
