When the street lamp is in use, a power mechanism drives a transmission rod to drive a movable rod to rotate, so that the first solar panel, the second solar panel and the third solar panel can be unfolded to the greatest extent to absorb and convert solar energy, and the efficiency of converting solar energy into electric energy is improved; when the weather is poor, the first solar panel, the second solar panel and the third solar panel are folded and stored in the solar panel storage box, and then the power mechanism drives a threaded rod to rotate, so that the solar panel mechanisms are collected on the two sides of the main rod, the stability of the energy-saving and environment-friendly street lamp is improved, and the solar panel mechanisms are prevented from being damaged by severe weather.
