The invention discloses a road greening device capable of coping with emergencies. The road greening device comprises a flower stand, wherein land is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the flower stand; a road is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the land; an emergency water draining groove is formed among the lower end face of the flower stand, the land and the road; the upper end of the flower stand is provided with a planting cavity with an upward opening; and soil can be stored in the planting cavity. Road accumulated water is drained through the road greening flower stand capable of ascending and descending, and road traffic can be recovered in time; flowers and plants in drought weather are irrigated through accumulated water in the sewer on the two sides of a road, and irrigation operation of road greening maintenance personnel is effectively reduced; and meanwhile, water loss of soil in the flower stand can be prevented, survival of green vegetation is facilitated, the device can achieve a buffering effect when road vehicles collide, damage to the vehicles is reduced, and the safety of passengers is protected.
