The intelligent automobile architecture comprises a monitoring end arranged in an automobile and a server side arranged remotely, wherein the monitoring end comprises an image module, a sensing module, a positioning module, a first communication module and a second communication module; the image module is used for acquiring image information of the space in the automobile; the sensing module is used for acquiring temperature information of the space in the automobile; the positioning module is used for collecting vehicle positioninformation; the first communication module is in wired connection with the image module; the second communication module is in wireless connection with the first communication module and the serverside, is in wired connection with the sensing module and the positioning module, and is used for transmitting the image information, the temperature information and the position information to the server side; and the server side identifies the image information and is used for identifying whether the human body exists in the automobile or not, and when the server side continuously identifies thatthe human body exists in the automobile within any time period, the temperature of the space in the automobile continuously exceeds a preset value, and the time period exceeds a first time length.
