The invention relates to the field of concrete, relates to antibacterial fair-faced concrete and a preparation process thereof, and discloses the antibacterial fair-faced concrete. The problem that the antibacterial effect of existing antibacterial fair-faced concrete using a quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent is remarkably attenuated in a warm and humid environment is solved. An inorganic antibacterial agent copper sulfate and ammonia are added while an organic antibacterial agent quaternary ammonium salt is used, so that the antibacterial performance is improved, and the antibacterial performance attenuation caused by hydrolysis of the organic antibacterial agent quaternary ammonium salt in a damp and hot environment is reduced; meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation process of the antibacterial fair-faced concrete, so that the inorganic antibacterial agent copper sulfate and ammonia have a better effect of slowing down degradation of the antibacterial performance caused by hydrolysis of the organic antibacterial agent quaternary ammonium salt.
